*Free registration is available for students from Universidad Estatal del Milagro (UNEMI), Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), and Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (UPS). Students must register using their institutional email and provide proof of enrollment.

For Authors

Author Registration Requirement:
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration before  February 7th, 2026 to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings and to schedule it for presentation. Papers without a registered author by this date will not be published.

Publication and Presentation Limit:
Each registration covers the publication and presentation of one article only. Authors wishing to present additional articles must pay an extra fee per additional submission, with a maximum of one extra article.

Individual Participation:
A single registration grants access to the conference for one person only. If multiple authors wish to attend, each must register separately.

Conference Registration Benefits:
Your registration includes access to all conference sessions. You will also receive all conference materials, including the program and proceedings.
